These workshops offer leadership training for community builders in alternative spirituality, grassroots, and other organizations. Both seasoned and potential leaders will learn tools in group dynamics, conflict resolution, communication, and growing sustainable communities.

Will you become the hero of your own journey? Empower yourself as a servant-leader. Through presentations, discussions, and experiential work, learn concrete skills as well as explore the gifts you bring to leadership, and the shadows that hold you back.

Will you join us on the Grail Quest to awaken the leader within? Will you walk the path from Seeker, to Shaman, to Sovereign?

Monthly classes:Thursdays, 7pm – 9 pm
December 4: Exploring power and structure in groups.
January 8: Group dynamics: Using the astrological wheel to understand group needs.
February 5:

Location: Life Force Arts Center, 3148 N. Lincoln, Chicago IL
Schedule: Doors open at 6:30 pm, Session begins at 7:00 pm, Closing at 9:00 pm.
Cost: $5-$20 sliding scale, no one turned away for lack of funds.

Shauna Aura
Shauna is ignited by creating epic-scale events that awaken mythic imagination, inspire vision, and offer transformative experiences for spiritual seekers. Through her organization Ringing Anvil, as an Earth-Centered community leader, and through her years of experience as a designer, artist, and strategic team leader, Shauna has produced conferences, workshops, rituals, and environments that facilitate transformation.
