The Art of Ritual:
Embodying Mythology & Crafting Ecstatic Ritual

Monthly open workshop & ritual

Do you seek for more myth and ritual in your life?
Do you wish for potent tools to facilitate more potent rituals?

Each month we will explore a myth through presentation and discussion before experiencing the myth by celebrating a group ritual. Step into safe space for personal work in rituals that are open to all spiritual seekers.

Rituals are offered in an ecstatic style inviting participation of body, voice, and spirit to connect energetically to the work. Participants can choose to take a ritual role and learn more about the art of crafting rituals. Would you like to learn how to facilitate potent, transformative rites? These workshops will offer tools useful for both experienced and new ritual artists.

This Month: The Star Card
The Star Card, one of the Major Arcana of the Tarot, symbolizes hope, inspiration, and regeneration. The brilliant light of the unveiled Star is visible only after the Tower has fallen to embers on the ground.

This workshop and ritual will explore the Tarot archetypes of the Devil, the Tower, and the Star.
The Devil—contracts we make, stories we tell about ourselves and the world, that bind up our life force.
The Tower—the structures that rise up out of those old contracts. These are the Towers we build up around ourselves. When we transform, the Tower falls. Or sometimes the Tower falls—the old stories crumble down around our ears—and we’re left in the ruins wondering what happened.
The Star—all that unbound life-force returns to us. The heavens look at us in compassion, and the Star flows the divine waters of life back into us.

What contracts have you made? What old stories do you tell about yourself? When do the words you say cast a spell over yourself over and over? What binds your life force?

Will you join us to look at old stories, risk transformation, and open to the light of the Star?

She is the Guiding Star that leads us to the best in ourselves. Pouring her waters so that the thirsty may drink, she offers a piece of herself to heal us. Her beauty inspires our creativity, her compassion heals us, and she lights the way to vision, insight, and inspiration. Her essence is that of the waters of emotion, of deepest love, that fill our souls.

Will you make a wish on a star?
