Throughout the day we will give away over $400 in supplies including worm composters, low-flow showerheads, low-flow faucet heads, compact fluorescent bulbs, green cleaning kits, and a Kill-a-watt tool for measuring electrical power usage.
ESC has worked to ensure that this event is offered as sustainably as possible. Recyclables will be recycled, food scraps will be collected for compost, and in general we have only used what supplies are needed to make the event happen, or we are re-using supplies or plan to re-use them in the future.
