Do you yearn for healthy community?
Would you like to step into excellence as a leader?
How do you build the kind of community you want to be in?

This experiential class will offer tools for leadership that can help you grow healthy, sustainable communities. Whether you are an experienced leader, or just want to be part of healthier Pagan communities, join us to learn new skills and tools. Empower yourself as a leader, community builder, and servant of the tribe, and learn tools and skills to step into your ow personal sovereignty, and to serve your community.

Will you step into leadership--into personal excellence? In the forge of transformation, will you risk growth by shedding that which no longer serves?

Saturday, Nov. 14, 10am-6pm
The first day will focus on tools of community building and self-leadership, including tools of communication, power and structure in groups, group needs and dynamics, boundaries, drama avoidance and conflict resolution. We will also work to explore what is your dream of Pagan community, and what is the personal magic that you bring to your tribe.

Sunday, Nov. 15 10am-6pm
The second day will focus on advanced tools of community building and leadership, including group energetics, facilitation of groups and workshops, finding your personal charisma, advanced conflict resolution, and exploring personal spiritual and magical work to become a stronger leader.

**It's optimal if you can attend both days, but if you can't, please do attend for what you are able to.

Public Unity Ritual:
Tending the Clan Fire
Saturday, November 14, 7:30pm

The tribe draws in toward the clan-fire for warmth. What is the fire at the center of community? How do we serve it, and how does it feed us?

We will work with Hestia, of the hearth-fire, Hecate, the guide to the crossroads, and Haphaestus, whose forge-fire transforms pain into beauty deep beneath the earth.

What is your individual flame? Will you journey to the Underworld, explore your gifts and shadows, risk transformation, and step into your own personal power and excellence? Together, we unite our individual fire with that of the clan fire through the forge of transformation and the alchemy of inclusive, ecstatic community ritual. Join us to sing, dance and drum the fire within!

**All are welcome to be a part of this ritual. While the themes and working will be a part of the day's leadership workshop, if you'd like to take ritual roles or be part of planning the ritual, please contact ShaunaAura@gmail.com

Will you become the hero of your own journey?
